Internal strap pulling out or tearing
The internal strapping system is our baby, it's why GRADA was created in the first place. But, the truth is materials wear down overtime, that's just life. What we CAN do is fix or replace them for you! So wear these flip flops fearlessly! If you have a strap break, we have a new pair with your name on it. This warranty does not include strap failure resulting from excessive or intentional abuse; cleanly cut straps, fire damage, chemical damage, or anything else that was event caused rather than wear over time will not be covered.
Delamination
We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure we have the best bond available to keep those layers together. If any layers start to separate, we have you covered. We love to keep our flip-flops out of the land fill and de-lamination is a repairable defect! Any pair sent back for this defect will be repaired and sent back to you, or an easy to use repair kit will be sent to you. Excessive heat or water abuse, or use of solvents not meant for leather will void the warranty.
Poor Stitching
GRADA uses the highest quality thread available for our strap covers and patches. All the stitching on our flip-flops is covered under a three month manufacturing defect. Excessive wear and tear or abuse can break down even the best threads, so the condition of the entire flip-flop will be taken into consideration when evaluating a stitching failure.
Material Breakdown
While this is the least likely problem to occur, we still felt it was worth mentioning. If the foam or rubber components of your sandals break down (crumble, excessive cracking, etc) let us know! If this happens within three months of purchase this will be considered a manufacture defect. It's important to note that excessive wear and tear, accidents (your dog chews a big hole in your sole) or abuse (you spill some gasoline or battery acid on your flops) will not be considered a manufacturing defect and will not be covered under our warranty.
