Returns and Exchanges

Orders placed directly from our website (weargrada.com) are eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange. We know life gets in the way sometimes, so there isn't a time limit, however returns or exchanges must be unworn and returned in new condition.

Where to Return And Exchange

Returns and Exchange Information

To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out and print this form . Make sure to check the corresponding boxes to clarify between a return or exchange on the form.

For both returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping products (with return form included) to:

For Returns:
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise noted on return form
No restocking fee will be added
Returns take approximately 2 weeks to process


For Exchanges:
A weargrada.com store credit will be given for any products returned for an exchange
No restocking fee will be added


GRADA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend adding insurance to any products sent over the mail. We personally inspect every return, and unfortunately, if your GRADA product/s arrive looking damaged or used, it will not pass our inspection process and your refund/exchange will be voided. **

GRADA products purchased at one of our retail partners will have to be returned or exchanged to that retailer. We are unable to process returns or exchanges on our website from third party retail sales.
